The following outlines our privacy policy. WE never share, sell, rent or otherwise disclose participant or donor information at any time before, during or after your campaign has ended. We acknowledge that, pursuant to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1232g and its implementing regulations, 34 C.F.R. Part 99 (“FERPA”), it will be designated as a “school official” with “legitimate educational interests” in the Education Records and personally identifiable information disclosed to it, and Online Donations agrees to abide by the FERPA limitations and requirements imposed on school officials. Personal identifiable information is used only for the purpose of fulfilling our agreement with the school for the school’s benefit, and shall not share the Records or personally identifiable information with or disclose it to any third party except as provided for in its agreement with the school, as required by law, or if authorized in writing by the school. Onlinedonations warrants and represents that during the five-year period preceding the date of this Privacy Policy, it has not been found in violation of FERPA by the Family Policy Compliance Office.

  • At the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.

  • We collect the following personal information from participants using the platform

  • First and last names, parent guardian email/mobile #.

  • We do not make that personal information publicly available.

  • Donor information is not sold or distributed to any third party.

  • We are 100% COPPA compliant,

  • Verifiable parental consent is required under COPPA

  • After a campaign has ended and all donors have had all their pledge and collections questions answered, donor information is removed from the site and archived.

  • Accounts are purged/deleted and all financial receipts are stored for donors by A.net, the worldwide leader in payment processing.

  • You and your child's school have the right at any time to terminate any further use of your personal information or that of your child.

  • All personal information is collected by lawful and fair means and in compliance with both Federal and State laws.

  • Personal data you provide should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to- date.

  • We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

  • We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management and use of personal information.
