Your continued support is appreciated...

You can help make a difference...

At Ledyard High School, our goal every year is to run a first-class football program. To do that, we need your help. Our funding from the school district gives us a good start but does not cover everything we need to make our players’ season a truly memorable one. The funds raised with this online donations fundraiser will go directly to paying for needed miscellaneous team costs for the upcoming year.

We want to give our student-athletes the best opportunity to succeed and create as many new memories as possible. The Colonels football program is asking for your assistance to help make this possible. Any donation is greatly appreciated and a tax-deductible receipt will be issued for your support.

A Message from Coach Mike Serricchio...

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all of you for your continued support of our players and our Colonels football program in general. Once again, we would like to thank you for your support as we begin the new year.  Dedication and commitment are required to meet the demands of our athletes.

The objective is to prepare them for success in the classroom, on the field, and in the community. There is no doubt that Ledyard football is a growing program with a bright future, and every year more players want to be part of it. Each day, my staff and I are diligently at work planning, training, and preparing our student-athletes for the challenges ahead.

Thank you for your support...

Ledyard football enjoyed their most successful season in recent memory in 2022. Finishing with an 8-3 record, we qualified for the state playoffs and won ECC Division II both for the first time since 2014. We had 7 student-athletes earn ECC-All Star recognition as well as 2 who were All-State selections. RB James Green was the New London Day Player of the Year in the sport of football. We are raising money to help buy uniforms, revitalize our weight room equipment, and get new headsets for the coaches on game day.

The goals we hope to accomplish as players, coaches, and a program takes vision, commitment, and resources. An important part of our program’s funding continues to be generated from the players, their parents, and the support and generosity within the Colonels community. This supporting cast is a critical part of the success of our program.
