As the Head Coach of the Mallard Creek High School JROTC program, I want to share our goals and needs for the upcoming year. Achieving success as cadets, leaders, and as a program requires vision, commitment, and resources. A significant portion of our funding comes from the players, their supporters, and the generosity of the Charlotte community. The success of our program truly depends on the incredible support we receive.
We are committed to providing our cadets with the best opportunities to succeed and to create life-long memories. To make this possible, we are asking for your assistance. Any donation is greatly appreciated, and you will receive a tax-deductible receipt for your support. I would also like to personally invite each of you to come out and support our cadets as we compete this year. We are looking forward to an exciting season and are dedicated to maintaining our standard of excellence.
A Message from 1SG Brian Edwards...
Our group has great passion for what we do, and we are surrounded by some truly amazing people within the Mallard Creek High School JROTC family. Our staff understands the demands on our cadets and the preparation needed to excel in the classroom, and in the community. This all requires real dedication and commitment from everyone involved. My staff and I work tirelessly each day, planning, training, and preparing our cadets for the challenges that lie ahead this year.
To ensure our cadets have the best experience possible, we have launched our OnlineDonations fundraising campaign. We are raising money to support our amazing cadets this year as we compete for our 9th Gold Superintendent Cup. We need funds to cover competition fees, transportation, snacks, and meals for our cadets as we travel to competitions. We are also raising funds to support the 4.0 and Above Club, which is unique to Mallard Creek JROTC. Our fundraising efforts will help supplement the cost of our battalion’s T-shirts, winter and summer physical fitness uniforms, cadet official photos, and military ball tickets. We need your help to have a successful year—every little bit counts! As many of you know, competing at this level requires significant resources, and your generosity is crucial to our continued success. We have asked each of our players to create a personal online fundraising page to share with their close friends and family. Any donation, regardless of the amount, will make a significant difference.
