From the East Lyme Vikings soccer program...

Our goal at East Lyme High School is to develop champions of character while providing our student-athletes the platform to pursue excellence in a competitive athletic environment. We are also completely vested in their classroom success as they attend school here. As many of you know, success comes with a price. Moving a group this size from game to game can easily reach into the thousands of dollars. And speaking of success, Head Coach Paul Christensen earned his 400th win in a historic season for the entire East Lyme community and the team went on to win not only the ECC Division I Conference Championship but the CIAC Class L State Championship with a 3-2 Win over Notre Dame-West Haven.

To provide this type of unique athletic experience, we need to raise additional funds. More specifically, we are raising money to cover the cost of championship rings for our players. Any donation is greatly appreciated, and a tax-deductible receipt will be emailed immediately for your records.

A message from Coach Christensen...

The goals we hope to accomplish as players, coaches, and a program takes vision, commitment, and resources. An important part of our programs funding continues to be generated from the players, their parents, and the support and generosity within the Vikings community. This supporting cast is a critical part of the success of our program. All funds raised will go to offset the cost championship rings for our state championship team and the remainder will help support our s seasons expenses.

The 2023 East Lyme High School Boy Soccer team won the CIAC Class L State Championship and ECC Division I Championship with an overall record of 21-1-1 on the season. It was the second state championship for our Soccer program. We are extremely grateful for the support of the students, faculty and staff at East Lyme High School and the East Lyme community. Your financial support will play a vital role as we continue to pursue excellence on and off the field.

Again, thank you for supporting East Lyme Viking Soccer!
